NSSPI student, Karen Miller, has been selected the winner of a paper contest held by the Standing Committee on International Security of Radioactive and Nuclear Materials under the Nonproliferation and Arms Control Division of the INMM. Her paper, “When is Noncompliance, Noncompliance?” was presented at the “Third Annual Workshop on Reducing the Risk from Nuclear and Radioactive Materials” held March 10-11, 2009 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
