Short Bio:
David received his Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from Texas A&M University and his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University. David’s research focused on the analysis of nuclear weapons proliferation dynamics and proliferation risk through stochastic systems applications and network science.
