Short Bio:
Jake Dorin graduated in Fall 2022 with an Master of Science degree in nuclear engineering with a specialization in nuclear nonproliferation from Texas A&M University. As a graduate student, he worked with Dr. Craig Marianno on developing and programming a backpack detector-GPS system for in-the-field radiation detection and data collection. Jake earned a B.S. in nuclear engineering with a minor in mathematics and radiological health and safety at Texas A&M University in 2020. Upon graduation, Dorin joined the Fluor Marine Propulsion Naval Nuclear Laboratory as an associate compliance engineer.
