On November 9, Sunil Chirayath, director of the TEES Nuclear Security Science and Policy Institute and associate professor of nuclear engineering, participated in a panel discussion on the Iran nuclear deal as part of the Bush School of Government and Public Service’s “What’s Next” series.
Attracting nearly 100 people from across the Texas A&M University campus, the event was an opportunity for members of the Texas A&M community to learn about the specifics of the deal and ask both technical and policy questions of the panelists.
Bush School professor of security policy William Norris moderated the panel, which included Chirayath, Marvin Adams, professor of nuclear engineering and Director of the Institute of National Security Education and Research, and Mohammed Tabaar, Bush School assistant professor of international affairs.
