NSSPI Director, Dr. William Charlton traveled to Seoul, Korea February 19-20, 2013 to participate in the 1st Asan Nuclear Forum hosted by the Asan Institute for Policy Studies. At this forum, 200 leading nuclear experts from over 30 countries and international organization gathered to discuss major issues in nuclear nonproliferation, peaceful use of nuclear energy and nuclear security. Dr. Charlton chaired a session at the forum on Nuclear Safety and Terrorism and moderated a luncheon on nuclear security.
