Short Bio:
CPT Tyler Gates hails from Columbus, TX. After graduating from USMA with a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering in 2016, he commissioned as an Engineer Officer in the US Army and served at Ft. Bragg (now Ft. Liberty), North Carolina and Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri. Tyler recently fulfilled his lifelong dream of becoming an Aggie graduate, achieving his Master of Engineering degree in nuclear engineering in 2025 working with Dr. Craig Marianno and earning an Academic Certificate in Nuclear Secuirty. Tyler, his wife Ashley, and daughter Madelyn are bound for Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, where Tyler will continue his Army service as a FA-52 Nuclear Counterproliferation Officer (52B).
