Donald D. J. Giannangeli, III graduated with a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering in May of 2007. He worked with Dr. William Charlton to develop an assessment of the fundamental attributes and inputs needed to perform a Proliferation Resistance Assessment (PRA) of nuclear fuel cycles.
