NSSPI will develop an undergraduate level course for engineering
students at TAMU to learn about current nonproliferation issues and
safeguarding nuclear material. This course intends to introduce the
concept of safeguards to engineering students at an earlier stage
of their educational career to encourage pursuit of a graduate
degree or career in nuclear material safeguards at a university,
national laboratory, NGO, or in the federal government.
