NSSPI Participates in International Nuclear Security Conference

In December, TEES Nuclear Security Science and Policy Institute (NSSPI) Instructional Designer Kelley Ragusa traveled to Vienna, Austria to participate in the IAEA International Conference on Nuclear Security: Commitments and Actions.  Ragusa delivered a presentation titled "Preparing the Next Generation of Nuclear Security Professionals-The Technology/Policy Nexus," which discussed nuclear security training and education being carried out at Texas A&M University by NSSPI and the Nuclear Power Institute (NPI). Nuclear Security Science & Policy Institute (NSSPI) staff members, Dr. Sunil Chirayath and Claudio Gariazzo, along with nuclear engineering graduate student Royal Elmore, traveled to Vienna, Austria to participate in the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) symposium on "International Safeguards: Linking Strategy, Implementation and People" held October 20-24. IAEA Director General Amano Meets with NSSPI Leadership

Charlton Participates in CTBTO Academic Forum
